  1. Q: What's the frequency?
A: Standard frequency 535-585MHz
 
  1. Q: How many sets can be used in one environment?
A: Each transmitter has 38 channels, it usually can support 38 sets using in same environment
 
  1. Q: How i can pair the transmitter and receiver?
A: Usually they will paired automatically even when you change to other channels, you can also manually pair the machine.
 
  1. Q: Transmitter can used with other brand 3.5mm TRS lavalier microphone?
A: Yes, it can support.
 
  1. Q: Why i turn on the microphone, it has some buzzing noise?
A: Please keep the distance between receiver and transmitter more than 20cm when working, as it has high transmission RF power, too close may cause buzzing noise
 
  1. Q: Why the transmitter distance is short when using?
A: Some surrounding environments may has some same frequency devices, may influence the wireless transmission, please try to change to other channels to test again.
 
  1. Q: Can one transmitter work with multi receivers at same time?
A: Yes, it work. Like IEM function to work.(Just set all receivers in the same channel to the transmitter then it will be work)
 
  1. Q: If i bought one transmitter and one receiver set to use, can i buy one separate transmitter to add when i need?
A: Yes, it can support, just need to adjust one transmitter to A group another to B group.
 
  1. Q: I found two transmitter set has Dual-XLR output cable, What is its function?
A: Support Stereo output.
 
  1. Q: How long battery life cycle use still keep good condition?
A: Usually under normal using after 3 years using, it will have 8 hours life average.
 
  1. Q: Vocal M can work with other brand UHF Wireless Mic system in same frequency range?
A: It cannot work, every brand only can work with their own brand system.

  1. Q: I found one or some remote headsets doesn't connect when i turn them on?
A: Step1: Check if all headsets are in the same version
 Step2: Master clear the paired code
 Step3: Pair with all headsets again
 
  1. Q: Can i use single-ear and double-ear headsets together?
A: Yes, Wicom E Single-Ear and Double-Ear headsets are the same system, just different design, you can freely combine them with pairing.
 
  1. Q: Do i need to pair intercom every time i turn them on?
A: No, Master has memory for connected remote paired code, they will connected automatically when they are turned on.
 
  1. Q: Can i use one master and one remote?
A: Yes, One master supports to connect with max 8 remotes, you can pair one master with any number of remotes less than or equal to 8.
 
  1. Q: If my earmuffs broken, how can i do?
A: We sell earmuffs separately
